Ah Chong M'sian man claims to be world's first trillionaire

Although he is not listed as the world's richest man, Perak-born Kamal Ashnawi claims he has more than E 5 trillion (RM20 trillion) in his savings.

In an interview with Mingguan Malaysia yesterday, he backed up his claims by presenting copies of bank statements from HSBC in London to the reporters, which should enable him to become the first person in the world to be called "trillionaire".
